Will this cut through felt?

We do not recommend trying to cut through felt with a punch. Unlike scissors which are easily cleaned, felt can shed fibers and jam the cutting mechanism and there is no way to get inside and fix that.

Would this be able to punch thin cotton fabric?

The problem with cutting materials with a punch is that they are usually not stiff enough to keep from being drawn down into the cutting blades. And materials also can shed fibers which can clog the cutting mechanism and there is no way to take it apart to clean that out. Therefore we do not recommend it.

Would I be able to punch through Soda can?

dont know how it would do on metal but your can would have to be completely flat to slide it in. It does not mention metal cutting in description of product though.

Would this cut label stickers?

I have used it to cut sticker paper before, but I have always had to trim it up a little by scissors afterward. It dulls the cutting edge, so it is not as nice as one would hope.

Would I be able to punch through 2mm craft foam with this?

It is possible but not recommended. Foam tends to dull the blades shortening the life of the punch.
