I would say closer to 8 days. Mine came faster than I anticipated.

It was more a plastic feel than rough canvas.

The power cable inlet has a sewn-in zipper so you can run power or maybe a propane hose and zip it into place. The one without has no inlet access and would require you to either run the hose/power through the door or sew in your own zipper and cover.

What are the precise measurements of the 3M tent (hexagon, octagon?), so one can build a platform for it? Considerations for bolts?

It just stays put. We've had a lot of wind and have had no problem.

Wondering if this will handle Washington rain for a week straight or if the rain fly will be needed? Do I need to make a new stove jackhole in the fly?

We do not have the rain fly for our tent, so I don’t know if it has the jack hole in it. Our tent weathered some pretty heavy Lake Superior thunderstorms last summer, and the tent stayed very dry. It did leak around the jack hole a tiny bit, but that was expected. I think if we were expecting sustained heavy rains, the rain fly would be a welcome addition. I can say though, that I was very pleased with our tents performance, my only regret is that I didn’t buy an even bigger one.

Can you have the stove on all night?

Yes, the fabric of stove hole has been updated to red fireglass material, more fire resistant. So, it's safe to have the stove on all night.

If I am in the United States, how long will it take to get to me? Also where will it be shipped from?

I don't recall where it was shipped from, but I received mine in about a week.

The Playdo 4-Season Waterproof Cotton Canvas Bell Tent Wall Yurt Tent with Stove Hole for Outdoor Camping Hunting Hiking Festival Party comes in two different options, one with a power cable inlet and one without. The power cable inlet has a sewn in zipper which allows for running power or a propane hose and zipping it into place. The tent comes with a stove hole and the fabric in this in this area has been updated to red fireglass material, making it safe to have the stove on all night. According to a customer review, the tent is not waterproof and leaked during heavy rain. The tent has various design flaws including issues with the center pole buckling and the pole ripping through the center due to the design of the top center spot. Some customers have had issues with stitching and the tent stakes bending easily. However, the canvas material is coated with a plasticine-type coating inside and out which makes the tent water-resistant and the product has received some positive reviews for its spacious interior and easy installation.
