Although it does not have a built-in or the ability to slide in a 3 ring binder, you can slide a tab into one of the pocket sleeves. However, it is not recommended to fit a laptop of size 12.72" x 8.84" x 0.56" next to the three metal rings. Customers have been generally satisfied with the product. One customer praised it as a great, professional and well-organized choice for when on the go. However, another customer was disappointed as the product was labelled black but arrived in grey.
