Yes, it is one stamp. It is really good quality, and we really like it!!!! I felt it was a good price, and good size, based on what I had seen in stores.

Is this ink suitable for stamping hands at an event? Also, the info indicates that it is prime with 2 day delivery, but ETA is much longer.

I suppose you could stamp hands. I get ink from the stamps on my hands all the time but you would have to keep inking it per person or two. Don’t know if that’s practical. Yes, it comes in 2 days.

Would this work with fabric paint or does it only work with ink?

I think it would work with fabric paint.

Can you use this on clay?

Probably. It’s just an ink stamp. It will transfer ink. If you are thinking of using it for an impression, I believe it would but not a deep impression. However, I have never used it for that.
