Did your lotion have a plastic seal around it when received?

The lotion did not have a plastic seal. The pump was in a locked position, and there was no lotion in the pump as it took a while to get it going. It was not used prior.

Does this help with hyperpigmentation?

This product does not help with hyperpigmentation. It helps to remove rough bumps and smooth the skin.

Does AmLactin contain phthalates (endocrine disrupters)?

No, AmLactin does not contain phthalates.

Although the product is suitable for those with keratosis pilaris, acne or oily skin, some customers reported an opposite effect, where more pimples and bumps occurred. The lotion is thick and takes some rubbing for complete absorption, producing some slight improvements. However, the product has a funky smell and may not be suitable for sensitive skin types.
