    Customer Questions & Answers

    • Question : I need to order a part. I called the number on the Owners manual and the company refused to sell me the part. Can you help?
Answer : WHY DID THEY REFUSE SALE?
    • Question : Is there a video on how to assemble this??
      Answer : No
    • Question : Does one of the ramps can face the other way?
Answer : Not that I could tell. I hauled a street bike (Ninja) on the ramp. Worked great, but I don't see how you would load two motorcycles, too close together. The ramps could easily haul two bicycles or bike and motorcycle. The one good feature, I was able to connect a car dolly through it very easy and haul a car and bike simultaneously. Probably the best feature.
    • Question : Can I load a 2002 Honda saber 1100 by myself
Answer : It's tricky to load a bike by yourself. I help my husband balance his bike as he guides it up the ramp.
    • Question : Would this rack be compatible for use with a Harley Davidson given that it fits within the specifications listed?
Answer : My husband rides a Suzuki VStrom and it worked fine. He did have to remove one of his side bags though.
    • Question : How do you keep the ramps from wobbling with the supplied hardware?
Answer : You can’t/don’t. As long as you are tie down everything should be fine. I transported a 500 pound GSX on the ramp with no issues.
    • Question : Could the ramp be stored while moving in the middle to support single front tire of a 200cc trike scooter? This assumes the 2 rear tires would lineup
Answer : I had to do some modifications to store two moppeds there is not a lot of room between each ramp! In my opinion you would have to do some modifications for yours as well.
    • Question : What is the length of the stem that connects to the hitch port? I'm concerned that it will not give me the clearance I need on an suv rear window.
Answer : I would have to go out and measure but i can't put anything on the closest ramp because it's too close to the trucks bed. Even a little grom is too close.
    • Question : Can the wheel chocks be installed on opposite ends? I would worry about the handle bars hitting each other and damaging the bikes.
Answer : I asked the same thing. It is not possible to have the chocks at opposite ends. Also unless you have very narrow bikes you are not getting 2 on. I bought it for my 50cc scooters the inside track is to close to the bumper and the tracks are to close to each other to get both scooters on. I can take an old school moped and a scooter. Maybe if you want it for narrow dirtbikes it could work but both handlebars are on the same end unless you back one bike on.
    • Question : Can this be connect to the back of a utility trailer
Answer : If it has a trailer hitch
