Some customers have asked about the motor's input-output ratio (1:40 or 1:65), the mount, the product's lowest operating temperature, and its possible use for a chute to rotate on a snowblower. The motor can work in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions and has a fair amount of power for its size. However, it's not recommended for heavy-duty applications like snowblowers in winter, and it's not waterproof. If the motor is non-operational, gently pulling the metal pieces may solve poor contact power supply issues.
