PanPastel Ultra Soft Artist Pastel, Neutral Grey is a high-quality product designed to offer subtle blending together of several colors. It is more powder-like than other pastel sticks, as it is not as chalky. This product is excellent for moving the color of choice without changing it, and it is also great for blending several colors together. However, this is not a good choice for blocking out red-eye in non-pastel paper since it requires a fixative or a glass frame cover to preserve the pastel in place. CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE: - The product is highly pigmented and easy to use. - The product is of great quality and is a real necessity when working with pan pastels. - The pans do not come with soft tools unless you purchase a multi-pan set. - Most pastel types work well with PanPastels but only as your initial pastel color choice. - The product was delivered shattered, which shows poor quality packaging. - The customer is pleased to receive the product quickly.
