The Professional Air Random Orbital Palm Sander, Dual Action Pneumatic Sander is a great tool for auto body and paint work. It has low vibration with a slow oscillating motion and variable speeds from 0-12,000 RPM. It comes with a weighted pad that is smooth and a 3/16" orbit diameter for both 6 and 5 inch sanders, making it a finish sander. While some users have had issues with the tool, such as the airflow valve being easy to move unintentionally, overall, most users have found it to be a great tool for the price. It is powered by an "Air Hose" and requires an "Air Compressor" & hose/cord. Its throw is slightly bigger, resulting in quicker cutting.
