Yes, each sheet comes with a small hieroglyphic alphabet sheet for each student making teaching or home schooling easy and fun.

Is this real papyrus paper or is it the banana leaf “papyrus style” paper?

As far as I can tell they are papyrus. It may take an expert to tell. The sheets worked great for my students to write hieroglyphics in a world religion class.

Can this paper be loaded into a printer?

Some did it and it was ok for them. Others tried and it jammed. It can jam as it is a thick sheet.

Why do the sheets dry out so quickly and roll up when taken out of package?

The papyrus may become dry and brittle over time so it rolls up easily. However, it can be turned into a scroll and tied with a ribbon.

Can you fold these over to make creases without breaking?

No, you cannot fold this paper. It has fibers cross-crossing throughout the paper. It's challenging to write on if wanting to do fine calligraphy. For other mediums like paint it's OK.

If cut, will the paper unravel?

No- it won't unravel. We actually cut it into smaller pieces for the kids.

Will wax adhere to this paper for a seal? As in a wax seal?

I did not try it. But I guess it will do.

Can the sheets be rolled/unrolled easily without drying and breaking/cracking?

These sheets lay nice and flat and do not crack. Very nice quality!

Can a regular pen be used on this paper? What works best with drawing and writing with this type of paper?

A regular pen would work, but you'd need to be careful not to press too hard and rip the paper, it's very brittle. The best thing is markers. If you're making something you want to last, I would also recommend laminating it.
