There is no way to accurately dispense most chemicals using a hose end sprayer. 1.5 ounces per gallon of water can be added. It will not harm animals as long as they are not permitted into the area for 24 hours after application.

How to dilute it for a small lawn?

1.5 ounces per gallon of water will cover 1000 square feet.

Does this work in the Wisconsin zone? And how often should it be used?

It will work. Do not apply anymore than every 3 months.

The T-Zone Turf Herbicide is a concentrate that is excellent for controlling broad-leaved weeds in the lawn. The product is not suitable for lawns with St. Augustine grass, creeping bentgrass, carpetgrass, dichondra, legumes, and desirable clovers. The herbicide is easy to dilute using a known volume of water and applying it to the yard in a known square footage. The product is safe for animals, as long as they are kept away from the treated area for 24 hours after application. The weed killer can work effectively in WisConsin and can be used every three months. Users can mix T-Zone Turf Herbicide with pre-emergent and Roundup. A single application of the herbicide can kill violets, ground ivy, oxalis, clover, spurge, and more than 60 other weeds. The product has a strong odor that requires using a mask for extended periods and washing the person's clothes after application. However, the results are impressive as the herbicide kills tough weeds, leaving the lawn weed-free.
