The Ecosense RD200 RadonEye is an easy to use home radon detector that provides fast capture of fluctuating levels, short and long-term continuous monitoring with trend charts. It offers a sensitivity performance that is the same between RD200 and RD200P, with the latter offering Wifi connection function for checking the measuring data without distance limitations and a higher radon measurement upper limit. The device has a screen to show real-time data and can still record data when out of range, as long as it is plugged in. The alarm can be turned off in the Radon Eye app. The device is manufactured in Korea, but there is no information on the location of customer support members or where to send the unit for re-calibration. One reviewer found the time increments lacking accuracy, but most reviewers found the device to be easy to set up, accurate and much more informative than mail-in charcoal tests. The device can be improved with timestamping for each period information.
