Answer : I haven't seen just the USB cap. You can get the USB cap plus charger for under $30 if you buy used or broken box. You could try contacting Ryobi, see if they even have the USB cap as a spare part.

Answer : I have used the 40 volt batteries for almost 2 years. I leave them on the charger unless I am using the battery. I have not had overheating or battery failure caused by leaving the batteries on the charger.

Answer : 120 volt 1 amp to be safe. The max load is 120 v at 80 watts that converts to .66 amp
