Yes, but pressing the button once gives a few seconds of steam. So I generally press and release the button repeatedly instead of holding it down. I love this iron!

I need a replacement iron for my boiler system. Will this be compatable?

Sorry no, won't work with a boiler system.

Does this come with the hose and demineralizer?

I bought mine approx 4 years ago, it did not come with the demineralizer, it did come with a clear hose that attached from the water bottle to the iron. It’s an excellent iron, still working great, used 3 days per week for at least 2 hours.

My set came with a long 4-inch spring in a plastic bag. Does anyone know what this is for?

To be place on the hose where the valve and the hose.

Consew CES-300 Gravity Feed Iron

The Consew CES-300 Gravity Feed Industrial Steam Iron Set is a dependable and efficient iron that creates steam in just a few minutes, as per a customer who uses it for 3 to 4 hours every day. Another customer initially received a defective unit but was pleased with the company’s excellent customer service in providing a replacement. However, one customer was disappointed that their ordered product was not the Consew brand, and got a Silver Star instead. Nevertheless, the product is suitable for both small tailor shops and home use and met the picky standards of one customer.
