You will have to have something heavy on the very bottom shelf or it's not sturdy enough and you would have to probably screw it to the wall.

Can we remove all shelves?

The 3 adjustable shelves 'sit' on shelf supports that are placed in peg holes. They are used to position the shelves wherever you want them. They can be removed, or simply not installed. The bottom shelf is called a 'kick plate' and it is positioned about 4' off the floor. I think that probably helps to keep the entire cabinet together and it should probably not be removed (in my opinion).

What is the size of the included hex key?

You definitely do not want to purchase this product.

Are the shelf lengths the full 24 inches or are they split in half with a board that runs down from the top to the bottom in the middle?

The whole 24 inches. Not split.

What is the Height, Depth and Width?

Height is 5ft depth is 1ft width is 2ft.
