The rice is packaged neatly and in Considerable quantity- 6 packs of 17.5-ounce boxes. There is a subtle difference between this and the Arborio rice, which chefs really appreciate. The Carnaroli rice has a sweet spot for cooking between bad al dente and perfect al dente, which makes it perfect for risotto. Even though some customers feel that it is not as flavorful compared to other brands they’ve tried, it still makes good risotto.
