Use Palm Desktop by ACCESS Version 6.2.2 (available online from Hewlett-Packard) and the Z22 will sync with a Windows 7 computer. It has worked for me consistently. Hope this helps.

The Z22 I purchased included the Bonus Pack (the games) on a separate diskette. The two games were Sudoku and Crazy Daisy.

Can you access internet with this device?

I have never tried, but I don't think so. Its core function is organisation of information. Wireless connectivity and multimedia features are not what one would look for in a PDA.

How to update firmware in my z22?

You can update it in the palm's website or can you CD.

I am not able to sync this wiht my mac os x - thought it would sync? any help appreciated

I use Windows 7. Mine would not sync. I called Lynn, Suite 215-418 in Cummings, GA. Don't have a phone # or don't remember who gave me this info. She had one of the techs to contact me. Hope this helps. Donna Jon

Yes, it does. It is a great little device - I never leave home without my Z22.

Is Bluetooth needed? Can it do bible chapter/verse like T5 working offline on Microsoft Word Windows 7?

The Palm Z22 is not Bluetooth capable. I keep my calendar on my laptop and the Z22 and sync both via a cable from time to time. I doubt there is a bible app for the device. What it is designed to do and does best is keep a calendar. I love using it for Sudoku as well.
