How come this is a flat tires free? If you put air in it so after several days, the wheel tires needs air again?

Model 03548-FF has solid foam filled tires and the wheels do not have a valve stem to blow air into the tires. If you can put air into the tire then you do not have model 03548-FF.

Does the wagon have drain holes or will rain water pool in it?

This wagon does not have drain holes. I know that some people drill a small hole in a corner to allow water to drain.

Will this cart fit in the truck of a sedan/does the handle come off?

Cart can fit in the trunk of a sedan with the removal of the handle. Handle can be removed with tools.

03548-FF Poly-Deck Garden Wagon with Flat Free Tires, Green

The Millside Poly-Deck Garden Wagon is a well-made, sturdy wagon designed to carry up to 300 lbs. It has flat-free tires which eliminates the need to Constantly fill up the tires with air and the solid foam filling adds extra durability. The wagon is made in Canada with the exception of the wheels which are manufactured in China. It has holes for side rails if needed. Although it is not recommended for duck hunting, it's perfect for hauling gear, tools, and supplies around the garden or farm. It does not have drain holes but can be modified by drilling a small hole in one corner for drainage. The handle can be removed with tools for easy trunk storage.
