This tie is pre-tied with velcro to connect and is available in sizes for 4-7 and 8-12 year olds. The tie is 13 inches long for ages 4-7 and 14 and 3/4 inches long for ages 8-12, and the color is matte. The tie is adjustable and easy to set. One customer found the tie to be smaller than expected, but another found it to be perfect and roomy enough to grow into. One customer found it overpriced compared to other sellers.
