The Gyenno Anti-Tremble Gyroscopic Spoon and Fork Set is designed to help people with hand tremors eat more easily. The device uses a built-in gyroscope to stabilize the utensils and reduces the effects of tremors. In theory, this is an excellent concept but the outcome is variable based on each person's unique situation. Though it has helped some users feed themselves more easily, it hasn't for everyone. Also, some customers have had issues with the plastic being fragile and breaking easily, and other customers have found that the spoon is too shallow and won't hold much food. The fork is wider, though.
