For U.S or Europe, the frequency is 868.4, 869.85 MHz and for U.S it is: 908.4, 916.0 MHz.

Can the dimmer 2 be configured for 2 independent 4-way circuits?

This switch controls only one load (light). The S1 and S2 are used for up/down dimming (with correct switch) of the single load.

Will USA version or EU version work?

It works on 110 volts in the US.

Did someone try it on 220v?

Yes. It works with 220v. The Fibaro site information is correct. I'm using it right now in 220v.

Will this handle a 120v/400w dimmable led light load?

Please, go to the manual available online and check the specification of the module. The manual states what lights can be operated with Dimmer 2.

Will this work with LED strip lights?

Although Dimmer 2 can control LED bulbs, RGBW Controller should be used for all LED strips.

The Fibaro Dimmer 2 is a Z-Wave module that can control one light load. It can be connected and controlled via a hub, and users can configure it for different settings like dimming characteristics and power consumption. It can work with a momentary switch, and can be controlled through automation and voice control. It works with 110 volts in the US, and it's configurable from SmartThings without the need to install special device handlers. It is impossible to put it behind a switch depending on how much wires you have in the switch box, but it can be connected to another switch. It's responsiveness is slow operating the bulb at the switch rather than through z-wave commands.
