The diamond polishing pads are highly recommended for professional tile setters who are after a finer finish than what has been achieved from cutting, and these pads do the job just fine. They are an upgrade over some brands that wear unevenly and score the surface during use. The pads were also useful in polishing a large slab of concrete, exposing the aggregate. They are highly effective in grinding and polishing concrete panels, glass mosaic, and terrazzo, and the discs last through the process. The value for money is definitely a plus, but some users have observed the pads breaking apart around the edges, thus shortening the overall lifespan.
