The Withings Steel HR Sport is a solid and reliable watch with a long battery life that lasts 16-22 days on a single charge. The white face of the watch is easier to read than the black version due to glare issues. The watch works with various apps such as Google Fit, Strava, and VirginPulse, but it does not support Google Pay. It also displays WhatsApp notifications on the screen. The watch has a heart rate monitor that seems to be accurate and syncs to various activities except for running, which does not sync the heart rate to Strava. The Health Mate app is not great and has some syncing issues with Strava. The watch does not work without being tied to the app, which some may find irritating. The watch has a stretchy and comfortable band, but there is a ridge on the heart rate optic that may dig into the wearer's arm. One potential downside is that the looks of the watch are average, and the plastic screen scratches easily, making it less durable. Some users report issues with charging the watch and syncing it to their phones.
