It contains 400mg of ionic magnesium chloride and is non-GMO, certified vegan, gluten-free, and kosher. The dropper is marked for easy measurement and 4 droppers give 0.8 teaspoons. The product does not require refrigeration and should be kept at room temperature. Some customers complained of a horrible taste, but it can be taken with juice, and some noticed improved sleep and decreased joint pain.
