This tool cabinet is fully assembled except for the casters which need to be fixed to the body. The manufacturer does not suggest stacking two cabinets as it may not be stable. The height of the cabinet with casters included is 30 inches. Customer reviews show that the cabinet is not wide enough to place a top toolbox on it and that it may tip over if the drawers are pulled out too far. One customer had an issue with a missing key. Despite these issues, some customers found it to be a good value.
