What comes in the package?

The package includes 10 blades each of 30°, 45°, and 60°.

What is the compatibility of these blades?

These blades are suitable for Graphtec CB09U blade holder base, Silhouette Cameo 1 2 3/Portrait/Curio/Graphtec 6000/CE 5000-60 Plotter.

What are the applications of the different blades?

The 30° blade is recommended for fabric, thin cardboard, and leather. The 45° blade is used for most general purpose cuts. The 60° blade is for intricate and delicate cuts.

I can't fit the individual blades into the hole in the holder. Has anyone else had this problem?

Install Step: Open the holder base and take out the blade, remove the blade cover and put the blade in to the hole (black side), re-tighten the holder base and you can start using it. The holder base has been improved, installation does not require use of a spring.

Does this work for Portrait 2 and Portrait 3?

I have a Portrait 1 and the Cameo and this works great on both of them. I don't know about 2 and 3.

How does this work with Cameo 3? Do I need an adapter?

It works fantastic. Takes a little bit of getting used to but once you do you will never go back. I use 60 degree one the most. At least that’s what I think it is. Start with scraps don’t start with I only have one piece left don’t mess up.

Is there a way to clean the blade holder from leftover lint?

I just take the blade out and blow through it and it seems to work fine.

Can I order replacement blades without the holder?

Yes, you can. Search for it in our store.

Will this work with the CE7000?

I have no idea if it will work with that machine. I bought it to use on my silhouette machine and it doesn’t work on it.
