The Mandoline slicer with Waffle Blade is a simple gadget designed to make waffle fries and other waffle-cut vegetables. The slicer is easy to use and produces excellent crispy oil-free potato chips when paired with Mastrad microwave trays. Customers have reported that the gadget is flimsy and takes some practice to use. This specialty item may not be worthwhile if you are new to mandoline slicing, it is recommended to Consider purchasing a multi-blade tool instead. The blade is relatively sharp, but customers have reported that the product is prone to breaking and arriving damaged. The product is made in Germany and comes with a manual containing spelling errors in various languages.
