If there's not a sealed cap on the top when you open it then it's been opened already and I would assume that they replaced it with something else something else some of it anyway I've had It happened if it doesn't have the little cap little cap after you take the lit off and obviously it doesn't because it's spilled everywhere I would definitely send it back.
