There is nothing noted on the bottle indicating grass fed. There are no preservatives added. Great flavor, perfect for cooking at a large range of temperatures.

Does this ghee have a "clean" taste? an indian ghee i purchased had a slight barnyard taste, which i do not care for.

It does not taste like butter but it was ok.

Is this product gluten free?

Yes this product is gluten and lactose free.

Is refrigeration required after opening the Ghee container?

Refrigeration is not required after opening.
