Is this pan safe to use on the stove top?

We only use our Ravelli in the oven and it is excellent! Cleans up easily in the dishwasher or by hand. It’s advertised as a baking pan, but is also excellent for roasting.

What is the max oven temperature for this Ravelli roasting pan?

Instructions indicate not above 375, but we had it at 425 for 15 minutes to brown a roast before reducing the temperature and it was fine.

Is this big enough for a small Thanksgiving bird?

Yes, my 12.65 lb. turkey fits. This is my absolute favorite roasting pan. I put a chicken or roast in the center, potatoes on one side, roasting veggies on the other. Everything is perfectly done. You will love your Ravelli. Happy Thanksgiving!

Can you use under broiler?

Yes, I have used this pan under the broiler when cooking. I have experienced no problems! Cleans up nicely in the dishwasher. Sometimes you may need a little pre soak, but its great pan. Cooks everything well.

Can you use this roast pan on the stove top?

Never tried that, didn’t want to scratches bottom.

Is the Ravelli bake pan Teflon?

It is definitely non-stick. The coating inside is black, but not sure if it’s Teflon or something else. The Ravelli also washes up in the dishwasher, or by hand in a minute.
