Yes, this trim piece is flexible enough to fit all types of curves and can be easily cut to fit the desired length.

Could it be used as an edge trim on side corners?

It would not cover efficiently for what you need. I tried that.

Is this flexible enough to use as trim around wheel well?

I did bend this trim successfully but the radius was 36” diameter. Used the rim of a 5 gallon plastic bucket turned on it’s side & gradually shaped. Can only bend one direction so most of the curve flex is done on the short side, not on the side that screws. Used padding, wood blocks, regular mallet & rubber mallet to get a pretty nice curve but was not easy to do. Some sort of metal workshop company might be able to do a better job, it depends on how perfect you want it. May be a challenge on wheel well if tighter radius.

Is this mounted on the side or the top?

This is mounted on the bottom under the camper and does NOT accept an insert to cover the screw heads.

The product is not efficient as an edge trim on side corners and has limited flexibility for use around wheel wells. It can be bent successfully but requires effort and tools. The trim is mounted on the bottom of the camper and does not have an insert to cover the screw heads. The package includes two pieces, each 92". Overall, the product received mixed reviews. Some customers found it to be of good quality and easy to install, while others found it difficult to bend to the desired shape and reported issues with screws fitting properly.
