The Redington BEHEMOTH Fly Reel boasts an eye-catching design and is incredibly lightweight. The drag is strong and has solid clicks. The reel body and spool are tough and can hold a lot of line. The reel comes with a nylon reel case and is offered as a full reel. The Cerakote finish is expected to hold up over time. However, there are some concerns about the reel’s durability as one user experienced the handle breaking off while traveling with it. The price point is affordable and offers great value for the money. The reel has been tested and passed the test by landing some decent-sized fish, including a 40lb striped bass.
