The Jade Travel Yoga Mat is a favourite amongst travellers. It is a thin mat made of natural rubber and offers excellent grip and grounding for less intensive or balancing styles of yoga. Its size is perfect for a traveller, and it easily folds up and fits into a carry-on bag. The mat is sticky and provides great traction, even on carpeted floors. However, it is not recommended for use on high pile or grass surfaces. The mat is quite thin, which means it may not be the best choice if you prefer more cushioning. The 74" length is ideal for taller yogis, such as those over 6 feet tall. Overall, the Jade Travel Yoga Mat is an excellent option for casual practitioners who love to travel and need something durable and lightweight to take on their journeys.
