This pet carrier has a well-thought out design and is made well with a comfortable bottom padding. It has multiple zipper doors making it easier to get pets in and out, and is less intimidating for cats than hard plastic carriers. The medium size is 17" X 11" X11", while the large is 20" X 13" X 13". Despite some customers mentioning a chemical smell upon opening, the smell soon disappeared after a few minutes. However, some other customers warned of poor structural support from the carrier as well as zippers that get stuck easily.
