No. But because of the design of the bracket, it would be very easy to install them to the ceiling using anchors or toggles. They make great surround speakers! And the white version is easy to paint!

Is the nht n-o2b-arc the same as nht 02-arc

Yes it is. N-O2B is the internal part number for the black version. This model is also available in white.

Does anyone know the measurement center to center of the mounting holes?

It is 7 1/2 inches center to center, but the mounting holes are oval shaped so you can go 7-8 inches.
