This BIKEHAND tool is highly recommended for bike enthusiasts and is a great value for its price. It is easy to use and well-built. The tool is suitable for tapered head tubes and can press in bearing cups that are sealed or not. It has a maximum working length of 210mm. One needs to press one cup in at a time and press the upper cup first to avoid the tool getting stuck. The directions for using the tool aren't very clear, but once it is figured out, it works well. The tool doesn't work for installing American bottom brackets unless one takes the bearing out of one of the cups.
