The PS4 comes with a charger for the controller, it is in English, it does not come with an HDMI cable, and it can play Blu-ray. The packaging was acceptable but could have been better. The PS4 worked and was reset to factory specs but it smelled like cigarette smoke. Some customers received their PS4s earlier than expected and were happy with their purchase, while others received damaged or dirty units. However, overall the PS4 was reviewed positively and customers were satisfied with their purchase.
