No, this tool allows you to remove and replace the S-Cam bushing without the need to remove the wheel hub.

What are the dimensions of the tool?

The outer diameter of the tool is 1-7/8 inches and the inner diameter is 1-5/8 inches.

Will this remove just the plastic bushings or the metal sleeve as well?

For plastic bushings will work good,but,for metal sleeves,maybe you’ll need first to use heat,torch,to little expand outsides housing,of bushing,and than this tool .That is my opinion ,and my experience .

It goes around the S-cam shaft and you drive the bushing out by hitting the backside of the tool the you drive the new bushing in with you new S-cam. Took only a few min. To do and did not have to pull the axles.
