The one I have is RH or clockwise.

I have a mercury 150 4 stroke. If this is just the prop, can I just swap and still use the factory hub kit??

I am using this prop on an alpha 1 stern drive,with a 4.3 mercruiser, it comes with all the mounting hub parts but I am not familiar with Outboard applications.

Will this prop work for a 115 HP 4 Stroke?

I would recommend going to the Mercury Marine Prop selector website. It depends on your Wide-Open-Throttle (WOT) engine RPM range and size of your boat.
