Key won’t go into the lock all the way even with the correct password. Can I reset it again?

I haven’t tried to reset it. Though my daughter had troubles fitting the key in before; turned out she needed to face the lock the right way. Don’t know if it makes any sense 😁 .. Hopefully someone can help you reset if that’s the case.

If I buy 5 of them I'd like them to all have different keys. Is this a generic key?

The keys are not generic hopefully? That means anybody that buys one can steal your stuff.

It should might get caught on the wheels tho? the clip is only 2 inches you probably won't notice it to be honest.

Can I make copies of the keys?

They have a profile cut groove similar to a Mercedes -Benz. So it probably can be done but would need specialized equipment, a good locksmith.

What can I do if I lost the keys?

I remember that the instructions came with the manufacturer's contact info in case you lose the keys.
