Is it hangable or does it have to rest on a table/shelf?

It would need to sit on a shelf. Does not come as hangable and back pieces slide down into base and click into place. Would not withstand weight of magazines if hung.

What are the dimensions of this?

10"Lx9.33Wx9.33H. I love this, I ordered 2. They fit on the side of my desk which makes it look like a border. Holds 2 binders in each slot.
