The Dixon Valve TM21 Nylon Tuff-Lite Shank Water Fitting, Mender is a solid and well made product that is easy to install and reasonably priced. It has been used for repairing ripped hoses and connecting various types of hoses, including drinking water systems on boats. However, one customer mentioned that it was a loose fit in their standard 1 1/2" hose and had to find one that was closer to size. Overall, the majority of customers had a positive experience with the product and would buy it again.
