It tells the story of a society strictly divided by colour and the protagonist Darrow's quest for revolution. Reynolds' narration is impeccable and brings the characters to life with his dialogue delivery. Brown's world-building is outstanding, as he creates an intricate and detailed society full of action, adventure, and suspense. Red Rising is a perfect example of an epic novel with a complete story that delivers an immersive experience to the listener.
