I ordered it for use on a 120VAC portable air conditioner which works fine. The cord's description specifies 120VAC, which covers your inquiry of 110. The prongs are not positioned for a 220VAC outlet. Therefore, not for 220.

Will This cord work with a Samsung 10,000

The cord work on 120V 15Amps. If the Samsung 10,000 work with the same rate, I think it can be work fine.
