What is the size of the diamond grinding wheel?

It says CBN on the box. Sorry to be so long in answering, but I just now found the original box. It works adequately to sharpen a multi-point gear cutter, but the finish is somewhat rougher than I would expect from 320 grit.

What machine is this disc for? I have never seen such an inside diameter. Are there adapters for a simple bench grinder?

The inside diameter, or the bore, is 20mm. If your bench grinder is not 20mm then you will need to make a bushing to fit the wheel to your bench grinder shaft. If you don't have a way to make a bushing, such as a lathe, then you will not be able to use it. I did not buy mine to use on a bench grinder. I made an arbor on my lathe to use the thing in my milling machine.
