Not sure, I always save the old pump till I make sure the new one works.

I have sorta oily skin and it does seem to help with this for me. I usually get my Jan Marini products from my cosmetic provider and they have a different selection of the product depending on your skin type. But if you do try the product get the starter kit and determine how you like it. I really like the product but it is costly. I am basically hooked.

Not sure - I just use mine consistently until it's finished. Some items last me 6 months and seem to remain efficacious.

How long does it take to apply all these products?

Lol, not long, 5 minutes or less. Worth every minute.

Is this cruelty free?

I don’t think so but it definitely isn’t cruel to you face. Love this product. Been using a while and I love it.
