I've never tried nioxin so I'm not sure. I tried pronexa because there were no reviews about hair loss which seems to be a common theme with hair growth products. I have not had any hair loss with pronexa.

Yes they can. I use the conditioner and it works great.

Can we use it to scalp or its only for the hair strands?

You will want to massage it into any thin or bald areas of the scalp and leave for at least 2 minutes. Over regular, every other day, frequency you will see a Great 90 day improvement of new and thickening hair covering those spots.

Does this product really work for hair loss?

I was amazed and thrilled when I saw new hair growth, I tried this because it was FDA approved but was expecting much away but it lived up to what it said it does, it took a couple of months but I have hair where it started to balded.

Can I use this if I have extensions?

Not sure about that, since extensions do not have a follicle to your scalp I don't see how it would be beneficial. I would direct this question to Hairgenics on their website.

How often do you use it?

I use 3 to 4 times per week!! Don't think you need to use every day!!
