This thing is a piece of crap. It wouldn't fit my 07 JKU or my 14 Rubicon. I would not but it.

How well does an iPhone lay on its side, against the upright nearest the windshield? I am thinking about having it there for navigation.

I put my iPhone 6 up there to charge but I don't think the position is great to view the screen. But it's still probably better than any other place in the Wrangler.

It fit my 06 and I don't believe there were any changes from 06 to 07. It is a nice little orgsnizer tray and a cheap modification.

I have this product. How do you uninstall it?

First you will need the stock upper dash if you are removing the Daystar Upper Dash Panel. Place tap on the silver trim on the outside edge of the Upper Dash Panel to protect the paint from scratching while removing the upper dash. Then use a tin bladed screw driver and place it between the silver trim and the dash pane and pry it up while pulling up on the upper dash panel closes to the window. It is held in with two metal expandable clips which will come up with the aftermarket dash. Do not lose the clips since you will need them to re-install the stick dash panel. The go back on the tabs on the front of the stock dash panel and reinstall the same as they were removed.

On rough country's website it says this will fit the jk wranglers up to 2013?

I have a 2010 JK it fit perfectly but if were you I would look on Daystar's website before you buy it just to make sure. Because little things like this can fit on most model JK's but not all.

Will this fit a 10 Sahara with navigation radio screen?

Daystar KJ71020 dash tray will work just fine with the navigation radio option.
