This stylus is compatible with Pickering P-mount (T4P) TLC and TLE series cartridges, as well as some Stanton models. It is not compatible with Pickering TL series cartridges.

No. The DTL1 is a narrow body P-mount Pickering while the DLC is a wide body. The DTLs have their own styli family (simply do a Google search for Pickering DTL), but can also accept XV15 and Stanton 681 family styli if you remove the brush.

Will this fit a Stanton 680EL?

No, it most definitely will NOT fit.

I have a denon quartz DP-7F, does this needle work?

Your Denon table could have any P-mount (T4P) cartridge under the sun installed. You need to look at the cartridge itself, determine the make and model, and order the appropriate replacement stylus. OR you can simply replace the entire cartridge, stylus and all; our Sansui SV-P313 (Amazon ASIN B00H0GVEFW) will fit.
