Question : Will this rake take out the moss on the bottom?
Answer : I use this rake to 'scour' the bottom. So, yes, this will disrupt the moss by tearing it up. However, I think a rake would be a better choice because the tines of our rake would not only disrupt the moss growth but would also give you a chance to gather it and remove it. Question : Interested in cutting water lilies that obviously float on my water surface. To keep them under control around the shallow edges. Will it work?
Answer : I purchased the cutter and rake and they work, but it is very hard and takes a lot of time. If the water gets low enough, I would take a grass trimmer (weedeater) and cut them back. We did this and it was a lot faster and easier.

Answer : No holes to attach rope. Sorry.
